Traditional Actions/Indications:
- Dries Dampness and resolves Phlegm
General oedema with Yin jaundice, chronic dysentery, chronic diarrhoea
- Kills parasites and dispels Accumulation
Malnutrition, infantile malnutrition
- Nourishes the Blood and controls bleeding
Anaemia, jaundice due to Blood Deficiency, hematochezia due to intestinal bleeding
- Removes Toxins and controls furuncles
Furuncles, eczema, scabies, pharyngitis, oral lesions, blepharitis ulcerosa, aphthae
Suggested Daily Dosage: 0.8-1.6g as powder or pills. Should not be decocted.
Cautions: It is contraindicated to pregnant women and people with dyspepsia.
