- Warms Lung Qi, resolves Phlegm and calms wheezing
Wheezing and asthma from Cold-Phlegm, especially in those with underlying Kidney Yang Deficiency
Wheezing and shortness of breath from Lung consumption
- Tonifies the Kidneys, tonifies Yang and grasps Qi
Impotence, spermatorrhea
Coldness and pain of the feet
Wheezing and shortness of breath from insufficient Kidney Yang
- Benefits Qi and promotes lactation
Insufficient lactation
Suggested Daily Dosage: 3-9g in decoction.
Cautions: It is contraindicated in case of yin deficiency with effulgent fire and cough with lung-heat.
