- Warms the Stomach and harmonises the Middle Jiao to stop diarrhoea
Nausea and vomiting
Diarrhoea due to Spleen and Stomach Deficient and Cold
Suggested Daily Dosage: 100-200g cooked and eaten.
Cautions: Excess consumption can cause or exacerbate Wind-Heat sores.
