  1. Warms the Spleen and Resolves Dampness
    Colic, cramps, dyspepsia, flatulence, nausea and vomiting, spasmodic colon, painful diarrhoea
    Lethargy, poor appetite, loose stool
    Catarrh, chronic bronchitis
    Poor concentration, overthinking, excess worry, nervous exhaustion, depression

Cautions: Avoid in Yin Deficiency and Blood deficiency.
