  1. Warms Kidneys Yang and Expels Cold
    Cold limbs, lumbar pain, muscular fatigue
    Low libido, low willpower, procrastination, self-doubt, emotional emptiness and coldness
  2. Warms the Lungs and Dispels Phlegm-Cold and Phlegm-Dampness
    Cough with copious thin watery phlegm, chronic bronchitis
    Sinusitis, catarrh, sore throat
  3. Warms the Heart Yang and invigorates Blood
    Poor circulation, cold hands and feet, cardiac fatigue, angina
    Wind-Cold Bi, rheumatism, arthritis
  4. Warms the middle Jiao and promotes digestion
    Indigestion, flatulence, nausea, chronic gastritis
    Travel and morning sickness
    Lethargy, mental apathy, poor concentration
  5. Releases the Exterior
    Early onset of colds and flu
