正氣 Zheng Qi can be translated as "just; correct or upright" Qi and keeps the body working correctly. It is opposed to 邪氣 Xie Qi, usually rendered as Pathogenic Qi but also covering a range of meanings including "heretical; demonic; nefarious or perverse".
