Appointments are designed to be flexible. Most people choose a standard appointment, while those with more complex health concerns or who would like additional treatment time may benefit from a longer session.

Treatment is personalised and may include one or more approaches, such as acupuncture, Tui Na, moxibustion, cupping, exercise therapy, lifestyle guidance or herbal medicine planning,, depending on your individual needs.

Standard Appointments

A standard appointment lasts approximately 45 minutes and costs £70.

This includes consultation, assessment and personalised treatment. For many conditions this provides sufficient time to review your progress, adjust your treatment plan and carry out the most appropriate therapy or combination of therapies.

Extended Appointments

Some people benefit from additional time, particularly during an initial consultation, when managing more complex or long-standing conditions, or when a more in-depth discussion of lifestyle, exercise or treatment planning is appropriate, or they wish to combine acupuncture with another modality such as massage or cupping.

Appointments can therefore be extended in 30-minute blocks.

This flexible approach allows you to choose the amount of time that best suits your needs, rather than paying for a longer appointment when it isn't necessary.

For people undertaking a course of treatment, discounted packages are available.

Acute Care

Two standard appointments within one week.

Ideal for acute conditions or situations where two shorter treatments are likely to be more effective than one longer session.

Maintenance Programme

Six standard appointments over approximately three months.

Suitable for ongoing care or gradually tapering treatment as symptoms improve.

Transformation Programme

A structured 12-session programme over approximately 14 weeks designed to establish the foundations for long-term improvements in health. This forms the first phase of my Mitochondrial Resilience Programme.

Concessions

Reduced fees are available for people who are currently unemployed and receiving benefits. These rates are approximately 60% of the standard fee:
