Ingredients

Chuan Xiong
Bo He
Qiang Huo
Xiang Fu (Fu Mi)
Gao Ben
Fang Feng
Jing Jie
Chuan Wu
Zhi Ke
Shi Gao
Bai Zhi
Gan Cao
Xi Xin
Ma Huang

Subsitutions:
In the UK Chuan Wu and Shi Gao have to be substituted and Xi Xin and Ma Huang have limitations or voluntary prohibitions on their use. Some possible substitutes that are not already in the formula could be:
Chuan Wu: Rou Gui and Gan Jiang
Shi Gao: Zhi Mu
Xi Xin: Gui Zhi and Sheng Jiang
Ma Huang: Zi Su Ye


Preparation: Grind equal amounts of each herb and take in doses of 15-20g, swallowed with green tea or a decoction of Cong Bai.


Actions: Expels Wind-Dampness, warms and tonifies Spleen Yang, brightens the eyes.
