Traditional Actions/Indications:
  1. Calms the Liver and sedates the Spirit
    Withdrawal mania, delirium from febrile disease, palpitations, insomnia, being easily startled and a bad temper

Suggested Daily Dosage: 30-60g in decoction.


Cautions: It is contraindicated for liver deficiency.

Mineral products are prohibited from use in the UK under the Medicines Act 1968 ch. 67 which restricts herbalists to the use of plant products only. It is generally substituted with Yu Jin and He Huan Pi.
