Pattern: Deficiency of Spleen and Stomach Yang leading to Damp-Heat accumulation in Middle Jiao

Key Symptoms: Indigestion, heavy body with pain, fatigue and somnolence, loose stool, poor appetite, dry tongue with bitter taste

Tongue: Dry, probably has a red body with thick yellow coat
Pulse: Rapid and slippery with deficient middle right position

Huang Qi 30g
Ban Xia 9-15g
Ren Shen 9-15g
Gan Cao 9-15g
Du Huo 9g
Fang Feng 9g
Bai Shao 9g
Qiang Huo 9g
Ju Pi 6g (or Chen Pi)
Fu Ling 6g
Chai Hu 6g
Ze Xie 6g
Bai Zhu 6g
Huang Lian 1.5-3g
Sheng Jiang 3-5sl
Da Zao 2pc


Preparation: Decoction.


Actions: Tonifies Qi, raises Yang, clears Heat and Eliminates Dampness
